Phillips Exeter Academy is a prestigious private boarding school in Exeter, New Hampshire. Founded in 1781, Phillips Exeter is one of the oldest and most respected prep schools in the United States. Due to the growing need to enhance the student dining experience, a large-scale renovation project was initiated. Ricca Design Studios was the food service design consultant and Harvey Construction was the acting general contractor for the multi-phase renovation. The dining room focus was to blend modern functionality with the preservation of historical elements from the dining hall originally built in 1855. A focal point to this restoration was the servery counters, fabricated by Commercial Stainless Inc. CFSE worked meticulously with the design team and construction team to procure, install, and execute a successful project.
