Trillium Place by Tandem Living

Clark Food Service Equipment Design Services and Equipment Contracting had the pleasure of working on a local design and install for Trillium Place by Tandem Living located in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This remodel focused on refreshing a cafe and adding the addition of a micro-market and hospitality station. The cafe provides quick service options not only for the residents, but also for staff. There were multiple design elements the team needed to work around such as existing structures and the ability to only have plumbing on one wall of the cafe. Millwork design and install was critical for the success of this project, and through detailed coordination both on paper and during construction, the end result turned out to be a clean and beautiful installation. Overall, the space transformed into a bright and inviting area for residents and staff alike to enjoy for years to come.
