It includes technical communications with our development team conveying the operational use cases while also overseeing, managing and guiding the use of all technical applications used.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-- Business analyst for internal software needs including:
- Collaborating with business and development individuals and teams
- Translate business needs to development team
- Prioritize and manage product backlog
- Participate in agile activities – including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives
- Work with development team to ensure quality and adherence to acceptance criteria
- Develop and facilitate alternative workflow solutions
- Triage application issues when identified by operators
-- Management of third party accounts, including:
- POC with our account reps
- Account renewals
- Price negotiations
- Application evaluations in conjunction operators
-- Develop and document trainings for multiple web-based products – both internal and third party
-- Other technological projects assigned by management
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Ambitions to succeed in a fast-paced team environment
- Degree in business, information technology or related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written/verbal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with C# WPF technology
- Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, Power BI, and Microsoft Suite is a plus, but not expected
