Hersheypark took on their biggest foodservice project to date, Hershey’s Chocolatetown. The project consisted of a candy shop, ice cream parlor, and full-service restaurant and bar. With a tight timeline and evolving menu, our design team jumped in to assist with necessary redesigns to make the operation more efficient, capture cost savings and set up Hersheypark for success. Our Project Management team had to pay special attention to ensure all redesign work and requested equipment changes were captured during the execution of this project while working within the park’s timeline.
